We cater to make others enjoy food as much as we do. We use fresh, seasonal, and where possible local products to create delicious and beautiful dishes. We are a catering company, based in Barcelona, Ibiza and Amsterdam, and you can contact us for any of the following; breakfasts, brunches, lunches, drop-offs, company events, private events and cakes. Canapés are a fun and easy way to have your guests enjoy food whilst being able to talk to each other. This is great for housewarmings, birthday parties, corporate events, meet & greets, and any other “stand-and-talk” event. We can do a drop-off version or cater the actual event. 


Any sort of cake is special, whether it is your birthday, your son’s or daughters, your housewarming or your wedding. We can create the cake that you would like! For our customized cakes we work together with Casa de Pastel.


For any company event, whether it’s a breakfast, brunch or lunch meeting, a networking event, or any other event we can cater to meet your needs. We are specialised in drop-offs at any time.

My name is LAUren, a pastry chef and food stylist from Amsterdam. After graduating from my bachelor in Marketing and Communication I moved to London to do a patisserie course at Le Cordon Bleu. Back in Amsterdam, I started my first company: Life of Pie Amsterdam. In a small conservatory on the canals, the company and my love for baking grew. Together with a great team, we worked around the clock to turn each and every cake into a masterpiece. Last summer I moved to Barcelona and founded Casa de Pastel. Combining my love of pastry with my passion for food LAU COOKS. was born.

Hi, I’m Julie COOK. In 2015 I quit my corporate job to pursue my dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. My love for food and cooking started at an early age, as cooking in my family always played a big role. So in 2015 “FRISKA” was born, a healthy food take away concept. A year later we added the foodtruck to our FRISKA family and we were driving through the whole of the Netherlands. This adventure was followed by some other food concepts before we, my boyfriend and I, decided to move to Barcelona in the summer of 2017.
